Where do I start the integration?

Install the 色盒直播 Network Connect App from the HubSpot App Marketplace or directly from your 色盒直播 partner account under Team Settings. You鈥檒l need Owner or Admin permissions on your 色盒直播 account to authenticate.

Which HubSpot plans are compatible with Network Connect?

The 色盒直播 Network Connect App is compatible with all HubSpot Sales Hub plans; no premium tier is required to get started.

What happens after a referral is submitted from HubSpot?

The referral is sent directly to the vendor鈥檚 program in 色盒直播 and assigned to your partner account. You can track the status of that referral in real time from the Referrals card inside your HubSpot Deal view. There鈥檚 no need to log into a separate portal.

Do partners need a separate 色盒直播 account to use the app?

Yes. Your organization needs an active 色盒直播 partner account to authenticate and submit referrals. If you don鈥檛 have one, you can create one during the installation flow.

Can every sales rep on my team use the app, or just admins?

Every sales rep in HubSpot gets access automatically once the app is installed. When you authenticate, all reps are added to your 色盒直播 account as members, so referrals are tracked at the individual user level without any additional setup.

How do I make the Referrals card visible to my team in HubSpot?

After installing the app, navigate to a Deal in HubSpot, click Customize Record and add the Referrals card from the Apps section. Drag it to a visible location in your Deal view and save. Your team will then see it on every deal without needing to search for it.

Can I submit referrals to multiple partner programs from the same app?

Yes. The Referrals card displays all of the 色盒直播 programs your organization is part of, so you can submit leads to any of them directly from a single HubSpot Deal without logging into multiple portals or switching tools.
